As a Retail Support Representative, you will support the store agents in various retail stores that sell the products and services from Canada’s largest telecommunications company. You will also handle calls from customers to assist them with their mobile number porting inquiries, account transfer or responsibility, as well as some billing inquiries.

This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
Eligibility criteria:
Must reside with the hiring location.
Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Ability to work up to 40 hours a week according to the following schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 9 pm EST;
Saturday & Sunday – 9 am to 7 pm EST;
Responsabilités:
In this role, you will:
Respond to various requests from retail stores employees to help support the sales process and determine the optimal solution for the client’s needs;
Contact existing customers to verify they have the right product or service according to their needs and habits;
Promote complementary products and services;
Provide an exceptional service experience to retail store representatives and customers.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and ability to quickly connect and interact with people;
High school diploma or equivalent completed;
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
Ability to work in a fast-paced computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;
Excellent learning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
Experience in sales and technology, a strong asset
