Position Summary:

Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to the recruiting team, scheduling interviews, and maintaining databases with candidate information.

Pay Range: $20 – $22 (dependent on experience)

This position will be in office at our Head Quarters in the city of Orange in Orange County-CA.

Responsibilities:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator may be assigned one or more duties. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for interview scheduling, offer generation and post offer follow up activities
• Assist with candidate employment application review and phone screens
• Ensure compliance and appropriate record keeping for all hiring activity
• Prepare and coordinate materials for various staffing projects
• Assist candidates with questions regarding their employment application
• Additional responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma
• Good communication skills
• Display a willingness to work as a team player
• Must be able to work independently
