Exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area Director of Sales & Marketing. This is a property-based role, at the Cambria Hotel Downtown Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

• The Area Director of Sales & Marketing will oversee the hotel’s sales efforts and the Sales Department staff, which is comprised of room sales managers, catering sales managers and administrative staff
• The Area Director of Sales & Marketing will utilize standard company processes and procedures to effectively lead at their base hotel and area hotels

Qualifications

• Previous DOSM experience is required – a minimum of two successful years in a hotel environment
• Multi unit experience preferred
• The ability to effectively direct the work of others, mentor and develop less experienced managers, effectively implement and monitor sales action plans, and create strong client relationships is required
