We are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to support our Accounts Payable team by entering invoices into JD Edwards in a time sensitive and efficient manner, printing/sorting/scanning invoices. Salary: $45,000-$50,000 per year

This is a maternity leave coverage for 12-15 months with immediate access to benefits.

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing

Ensure all invoices and expense claims are entered accurately into JD Edwards as per monthly timeline requirements.

Identify any transactions that pose a risk to the company.

Review and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure timely payments.

Obtain the appropriate approvals for all invoices received before processing for payment.

Follow-up with vendors/internal staff for invoice discrepancies.

Ensure all invoices are entered to meet payment runs.

Achieve monthly timeline requirements.

Qualifications:

One year of AP experience

Related education an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong data entry skills

Experience working with excel

Strong customer service skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
