Hashout Technologies, Inc Hiring for Procurement Specialist at Plano, TX Full Time

Responsibilities:
– Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement in the procurement process
– Manage the supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
– Collaborate with internal teams to develop production planning strategies
– Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement
– Implement category management strategies to optimize procurement activities
– Oversee materials management, including inventory control and stock replenishment
– Manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance and favorable terms
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fabricate procurement strategies

Experience:
– Experience working in Purchasing, commercial Contract Negotiation and Supplier Management environments in both commercial and Federal environments specifically in the areas of Professional services procurement.
– Experience in developing and running sourcing events from development to contract execution
– Experience in full contract life cycle for all category suppliers from contract initiation through termination including execution of Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, and renewals
