Oakwood Construction Services are looking to add a Reactive Multi Skilled Engineer to our growing team.
Oakwood have a proven track record for delivering maintenance and projects to a great standard with customer satisfaction. We are based in maidstone and work across southern England.
We undertake a variety of works for commercial clients including hotels, pubs, restaurants, care homes, schools and insurance works.
Do you enjoy the challenge that comes with the Multi Trade sector, and enjoy being able to fix problems, repair damaged properties and provide a skilled service that leaves your customers feeling grateful and happy?
Multi Trader Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carrying out a variety of repair works to commercial and residential properties including:
* Painting & decorating
* Carpentry
* Basic plastering
* Tiling & flooring
* Leak damage repairs
* Basic plumbing repairs
* Basic electrics
* The Multi Trader must be able to leave a finished job in a clean and tidy manner with minimal disruption to the home and it’s tenants
* Multi Trader Skills & Qualifications:
* Ideally qualified in a trade: Carpentry / Plumbing/ Painting & Decorating or similar
* Minimum of 3 years industry experience
* Full UK Drivers Licence
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety

Please note we are also looking for self employment employed general builders with own men and tools for immediate start.

Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
