Position Summary

The Data Entry Clerk is the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls. Responsible to assist the office staff with various administrative tasks, including shipping and courier services, ordering office supplies and organizing office events.

Responsibilities:

• Order processing
• Matching PODs to orders
• Filing
• Customer service
• Assisting customer service coordinator
• Reception duties
• General office duties

Qualifications and Core Competencies:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills
• Problem solving and prioritization.
• Thoroughness.
• Time and stress management
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
