Invigor Medical Hiring for Remote Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

Invigor Medical is a national online wellness clinic that specializes in weight loss, anti-aging and sexual health. We package the medication and doctors consultation into one convenient telehealth service. Patients simply go to our website, select their desired medication, fill out their medical intake form online, visit with a telehealth doctor and have their medication shipped directly to them.

Our Customer Service Representatives (we call them Patient Care Coordinators) answer patient inbound phone calls and help them with their questions and concerns. They also handle customer service tickets and email responses. The most common reason people call in is associated with the status of their order, de-escalations or finding solutions to their problem. All billing or product specific questions are usually handled by other departments.

We provide and laptop and a headset but the employee must provide the internet connection. The workspace can be from home but must be free of any background noise and other distractions. The employee is expected to work consistently without distraction.

Work hours are 8am to 5pm Pacific Time. Pay is hourly and ranges from $16 to $20 per hour depending on experience.
