Position Overview: As a Sales Manager at KIC Ventures, you will play a critical role in promoting and selling innovative medical devices to orthopedic spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, and pain management physicians. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospect new customers in your market, and support customer’s surgeries utilizing our medical devices. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, customer growth and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
– Demonstrable experience in medical device sales, preferably with orthopedic devices
– Strong relationships with orthopedic or pain physicians
– Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to perform at their best.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
– Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
– Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate s.
– Ability to travel as required for customer visits, conferences, and industry events.
