Logistics company providing supply chain services including distribution center management, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, product assembly, and packaging is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to process orders, schedule appointments, and answer inquiries at our warehouse on Buena Park, CA
As a CSR, you will enjoy working in a positive culture and will to the Manager/Supervisor. You will carry out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders, and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner. Other responsibilities will include data entry, phone duties, greeting visitors, and other clerical duties as directed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience: At least one year of customer service experience in a warehousing, transportation or 3PL operations office including telephone, data entry, and customer service duties is required.
