Responsibilities
Regularly attend and participate in all training classes and staff meetings
Requirements Minimum of at least one year of customer service experience Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Strong attention to detail Multi-tasking skills a must Experience with cloud-based technology desired Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Additional Information Must present a positive and professional image of the practice to patients. Must be friendly, courteous, patient, and tactful with patients and patient families. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and relate well with patients, physicians, and office staff. Must be able to work well under pressure. Must understand the need for discretion and confidentiality in matters relating to patients and their problems.
