We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Qualification Specialist to help drive our growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent screening, recruiting, or customer service as well as a passion for understanding the unique needs of each client. This individual will play a crucial role in screening talent and scheduling interviews for our clients.

MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING CHARACTERISTICS:

• Must be very comfortable on the phone, you will be making calls to candidates who have applied to our job listings. We do not do any cold calling or headhunting, the only candidates you are calling are candidates who have applied for a job and are expecting a call.
• Skilled with using Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and other commonly used office software products
• The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and able to quickly maneuver between initial screening call and interview scheduling
• We will fully train you, but it helps to have an innate ability to identify the right candidates for the right roles. Ability to rapidly screen talent is a huge plus.
• Organizational skills are a must. You will be required to stay organized with a good deal of data within our CRM systems.
• Must be a fast learner. Technology is changing by the week, as are the strategies we deploy to make our company successful. The ideal candidate should be able to learn and implement new processes and systems quickly.
