Carolina Cam Inc Hiring for D Printing Operator at Fort Mill, SC Full Time

We are searching for a 3D printing operator to join the team. This job is part-time.

Duties and Responsibilities may include:

• Monitor 3D printer operations to ensure proper functioning and quality of prints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with 3D printers.
• Ensure 3D printer is operating according to safety protocols and procedures.
• Load appropriate materials and designs into 3D printers for printing.
• Adjust 3D printer settings as needed to produce desired results.
• Monitor print progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure prints meet quality standards.
• Remove completed prints from 3D printers and inspect for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of all 3D printer operations, including materials used and print times.
• Prepare new designs for 3D printing by manipulating files, images, and other data in software programs.
• Clean and maintain 3D printers, as well as their workstations, to ensure efficient operation.

Skills and Competencies to Have

• Knowledge of 3D printing technology
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software
• Ability to troubleshoot 3D printing systems
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ability to operate a variety of 3D printers
• Knowledge of safety protocols for 3D printing
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems with 3D prints
• Ability to identify and obtain materials needed for 3D printing
• Ability to identify and follow instructions for 3D printing projects

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 – $21.46 per hour
