Valley Pacific is looking for a Back Office Data Entry Bookkeeper who maintains an accurate accounting of sales revenue and cash/credit receipts and reconciliation of assets. The candidate will promote a clean, safe, and friendly working environment. This is a full-time position with full benefits.

• Manage daily bookkeeping and ing outcome to management in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurately complete and post the control of store cash, fuel, and shift s.
• Prepare Daily Settlement s.
• Oversee cash management including store drop safes and back office safe.
• Balance numerous daily cash register s and cash deposits.
• Prepare bank deposits to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Accurately file store bookkeeping copies in office files and repository.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, office supplies, answering phones, and handling routine correspondence.
• Must have strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work weekends and holidays.
• 40 hours per week.
• Maintain a professional appearance/image at all times.
• Proficient with 10 key and windows-based software.
• Good communication and oral skills.
• Good problem solving/analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a changing environment.
