MARCO Promos Hiring for Customer Care Specialist at Harrisburg, PA Full Time

Summary of Job:

MARCO Promos is a leading supplier of customized promotional products and meeting supplies to thousands of businesses and organizations throughout the United States for over 50 years. Customer Care Specialists work in an active team environment to service and sell to new and existing customers. You will be the face of the MARCO Promos brand and interact with our customers by providing them with exceptional service and support. In this contact center role you’ll assist customers with questions to help them make the best purchase decisions, provide product recommendations, samples, pricing and quotes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive a seamless customer experience that creates a positive sentiment for our brand.
• Manage customer conversations across all our support channels (online, email and via phone).
• Provide post-order support to ensure all customer questions are answered and orders arrive on-time and 100% accurate.
• Work in a dynamic contact center to maintain excellent service levels for incoming phone calls, web orders, and online chat.
• Occasionally interacts with suppliers to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate effectively with the customer support team.
• Open and maintain customer account with all the desired account information.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience with an emphasis on customer service skills and/or consultative selling.
• High school degree or higher.
