Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for representing the company in interactions with customers and ensuring a positive customer experience. This person assists customers with orders and other inquiries. This person processes orders and answers phone calls. This position communicates extensively across departments to answer customers’ questions and ensure that their orders are processed correctly.
