Key Responsibilities:

  Segmentation and Personalization: Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to segment the customer database effectively and create personalized experiences based on demographic, behavioral, and transactional data.

  Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, social media, and more, to support various stages of the customer journey.

  Data Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and on the performance of automated campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall marketing effectiveness.

  A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on various elements of campaigns, such as subject lines, content, CTAs, and timing, to optimize campaign performance continually.

  Technical Support: Provide technical support to marketing team members regarding marketing automation software, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless integration with other marketing tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
• Proficiency in campaign management, lead nurturing, segmentation, and marketing analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, HTML, familiar with webhooks, endpoint URLs, Open APIs, Zapier
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
