**Responsibilities:**
As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our leadership team by proactively managing various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
– Efficiently managing and maintaining calendars, contacts, and internal systems for the leadership team.
– Scheduling and coordinating meetings, both small group and all-company gatherings, including the necessary technology or physical space arrangements.
– Preparing professional and polished correspondence, adapting content and format to suit different audiences.
– Handling travel arrangements for our leadership team and creating supporting materials for business trips.
– Conducting research and crafting insightful presentations on a diverse range of topics as requested by leadership.
– Overseeing the design, preparation, and organization of presentations for review by the leadership team.
– Processing purchases and managing expense s on behalf of the leadership team.
– Taking the lead in planning, communication, and execution of leadership events.
– Providing unparalleled customer service to our esteemed leadership team.
– Collaborating with and supporting other members of the administrative team.
– Assisting with ad hoc projects and contributing to corporate initiatives as needed.
**Skills and Experience:**
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
– Three to five years of executive-level administrative support experience preferred.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, with advanced skills in PowerPoint and Word.
– Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
– Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and manage competing priorities while adhering to deadlines.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the flexibility to adapt communication styles to suit various audiences.
– A strong sense of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
– The capability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
– Basic knowledge of financial concepts.
