Taylor Regional Hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to oversee all aspects of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for excellence and will be able to inspire others with their positive attitude, strong work ethic and exceptional skills.

Job Description: Manages the departments/services of responsibility; plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the overall functions and activities of patient care hospital-wide.

Education:

* BSN Required.

* Master of Science in Nursing preferred.

Experience:

* Minimum of five years appropriate experience to show

evidence of the ability to participate in developing

and implementing organizational strategies.

* Minimum of five years previous nursing leadership

experience.

Full time position (Varied Hours).

On call every 4th week must be able to respond within 30 minutes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $81,561.72 – $98,224.87 per year
