Lackawanna Offices offers Furnished physical and virtual office ( Mail Boxes) in Montclair, NJ. on flexible terms.

Responsibilities:

• Sort and place mails in the tenants’ mails boxes
• Update our data base and spread sheets
• Copy/Scan/File necessary documents
• Maintain standard of cleanliness in the lobby and public area
• any problems to the property manager
• Maintain high quality customer service in interactions with the tenants

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in MS, GSUITE AND CANVA
• Must have dependable transportation
• Must have clean, Calm and professional demeanor
• Must be Self Organized, Punctural and relaibale.

Compensation:

• Commensurate with the skill & Experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
