Job Summary: The Call Center Representative will answer incoming calls and transfer the callers to the appropriate department within the company. The Call Center Representative will assist with order entry, customer service, and sales calls. The Call Center Representative will also participate in the training and development program for the new employees. The Call Center Representative will provide accurate and timely information to the customer in a professional manner.
