Data Entry Clerk

Detail-oriented office professional needed for data entry clerk position in Beecher, IL. You will work with a team responsible for creating and maintaining title database records related to print and other media.

We supply books and other literary materials to school and public libraries through our nationwide connection of sales representatives. A family-owned company with over 150 employees on site, we pride ourselves on our relationships with both our customers and our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Data discovery, entry, and manipulation
• Daily communication with vendors via email/phone
• Daily communication with sales representatives
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of data entry experience or related office experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Tolerance for repetition
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Self-Motivator with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of children’s and young adult books a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
