MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Working knowledge of Health Plan coverage types.1 year of related experience in a healthcare or institutional work setting, or customer service. Registration/telephone/call-center; pre-registration/scheduling experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to speak and write effectively at a level appropriate for the job. Ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization. Experience using general office equipment. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding team environment with daily deadlines.
