Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering required
• 5 years of construction experience
• Experience designing mechanical engineering building systems to include HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and controls.
• Ability to read and decipher complete sets of mechanical drawings
• Ability to calculate load requirements and design per specifications
• Knowledge of International Building Codes required.
• Strong Communication Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
