Lenox Executive Search Hiring for Senior Digital Operations Manager at Remote Full Time

12++ month CONTRACT role with strong potential to extend. Remote, but must be able to work EST hours. REQUIRED: 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, including management of digital marketing programs. Pay rate starting at $80.00/hour with flexibility for more experienced candidates.

Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Sr. Digital Operations Manager to fill an 12+ month extendable contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company. Must have 4+ years of experience working with major content management systems.

REQUIREMENTS for the Sr. Digital Operations Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, including management of digital marketing programs
• 4+ years of experience working with major content management systems
• Salesforce integration experience
• Looking for someone who enjoys working directly with creative agencies and brand marketers. NOT looking for super technical project managers.
• Demonstrated excellence in tactical planning and implementation, scope management, and communication
• Firm understanding of agile methodologies. Certifications are not required, but are preferred
• Experience with management of global digital strategy or roll-out of digital marketing programs across multiple markets
• A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical legal and regulatory environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

RESPONSIBILITIES of the Sr. Digital Operations Manager:

• Our team has a website ramping up and going live next year – this person will be the lead for the project.
• Bulk of the work is centered around marketing websites, our CMS platform and its capabilities, and integrations of 3rd party software/systems into those websites.
• Manage timelines, provide status updates to internal stakeholders, coordinate and involve SMEs
• Be the liaison between creative agencies, development vendor, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure agency partners are accountable for deliverables
• Review markups, design files, and staging links to confirm accuracy, feasibility, and to preemptively identify risks
• Review functional specs and test plans for clarity and quality control
• Track QA feedback and issue resolution
• Coordinate releases and environment maintenance with the Company’s DTE organization
• Flag and escalate risks to brand teams (ex. Regulatory review feedback cannot be addressed within allotted time, new functionality request requires new functional specs and additional resources, etc) and provide solution options to brand teams to mitigate risks
• Meet regularly with key business stakeholders to identify the business priorities and socialize decisions with the cross-functional teams to align on the work to be done
