The Role
As an E-Commerce Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our presence on prominent e-commerce marketplaces and sales channels such as Amazon, Wayfair, Lowes.com, HomeDepot.com etc. Leveraging your expertise in e-commerce sales strategies, you will play a crucial role in increasing product visibility, driving sales growth, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
E-CommercePlatform Management:
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Wayfair, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
Regularly update product information, images, and descriptions to ensure accuracy and appeal.
Monitorpricing and competitiveness to make data-driven decisions on pricing strategies.
Sales Strategy and Growth:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to boost product visibility and sales performance.
Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential new platforms to expand our online presence.
Analyze sales data and metrics to measure performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Advertising and Promotions:
Create and manage advertising campaigns (e.g., sponsored ads, promotions) to increase product exposure and drive sales.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and visuals for promotions.
Customer Experience and Reviews:
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and reviews on e-commerce platforms promptly.
Work to maintain high customer satisfaction levels and resolve any customer issues professionally.
Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Utilize market insights to refine sales and marketing strategies and stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce sales with a focus on Amazon and Wayfair marketplaces.
Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets in an e-commerce environment.
Familiarity with e-commerce tools, analytics, and advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with the team.
Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the Lighting business or related fields is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
