Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (Client Funnel and Flow)

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in client funnel and flow optimization. As an integral member of our team, you will use your skills to design, implement, and optimize our digital marketing strategies. With a focus on data-driven decisions, you will analyze and interpret campaign performance to enhance the customer journey through our sales funnel. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, and you will be collaborating with our U.S. team, necessitating some overlap with American business hours. Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage our digital marketing campaigns, focusing on optimizing the client funnel and flow.
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to inform decision-making and optimization.
• Use A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and user experience design to improve the customer experience.
• Work closely with US based team to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
• Employ SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies to attract and convert customers.
• Use CRM platforms to manage customer relationships and track the customer journey.
• Collaborate with other team members to manage and deliver multiple projects on schedule.
• Understand and apply consumer behavior principles to influence customer decisions.
• Utilize web analytics tools, marketing automation software, and other relevant technologies.
• Maintain availability during specific American business hours for team collaboration and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the areas of conversion rate optimization and sales funnel management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in managing multiple projects and working with various teams.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools and marketing automation software.
• Flexibility to accommodate collaboration with an American team during their business hours.
• Familiarity with US customs, norms and communication a plus

Pay: Php30,000.00 – Php32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
