Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner. Demonstrate empathy while actively listening to customers and identifying their needs.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately by providing appropriate solutions and information. If necessary, escalate complex problems to higher-level support or other departments while ensuring follow-up until resolution.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products or services to accurately address customer questions and educate them about features, benefits, and usage.
Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges. Ensure accurate and timely order entry into the company’s system.
Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner. Demonstrate excellent grammar, spelling, and verbal skills to ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the native language of the target market, with proficiency in additional languages considered a bonus.
Ability to remain calm and patient while handling challenging customer situations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications.
