About this Role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will have ownership of the Hubspot strategy and execution. This individual will be an expert at testing and learn, with a desire to build out all performance marketing based on a data-driven strategy. This role will partner with the Growth Marketing function to design and execute world class marketing programs with the goal of driving revenue for the company. Working closely with Operations, the Performance Marketing Specialist will ensure robust ing.

Role Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, create, and manage campaigns across a variety of channels
• Own Hubspot strategy and execution
• Measure, refine, and performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals aligned with acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Identify trends and insights and optimize campaigns based on performance
• Plan, execute, and measure tests across creative and landing pages to optimize conversion
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test, and refine the end-to-end multi-channel experience
• Take bulk data and build targeted and event-triggered campaigns
• Work closely with Growth Marketer on tactic design and execution
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all deliverables
• Develop, communicate and monitor growth and efficiency targets
• Collaborate to develop digital plans that support client objectives
• Potentially assume ownership of other marketing technology and tools as appropriate
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables
• Work is thorough with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong aptitude for technology and other office productivity tools, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
• All other duties as assigned
