Candoo Tech is providing nationwide remote tech consultation, support and training to customers who are 65+. During the Covid-19 crisis, so many older adults are stuck at home isolated and need remote support. We are looking for people who have strong technical support skills, who are patient and empathetic and are passionate about providing superior customer service to older adults. You must be able to communicate well and explain challenging technical issues remotely.

These are part-time positions to support customers remotely.
Description
As part of our team, you will serve as a Tech Concierge, providing consultation, tech support and training to our clients remotely.
You provide customers with the comfort to know that technology can keep them safe, secure and engaged at home. Using a combination of phone, remote software and video visits, you will set up, troubleshoot and teach older adults how to use their technology. Must be comfortable with Apple devices.
You are always identifying opportunities to delight customers by going above and beyond the initial customer requests.
Key Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in a Service Desk / IT support environment, preferably directly with consumers.
Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility.
Passion for customer support and ability to adapt to different environments.
Strong people skills and a talent for problem solving.
Strong aptitude for consumer technology and experience with supporting multiple platforms of mobile devices.
Ability to communicate clearly and patiently to older people in person and remotely.
Ability to teach customers new skills patiently and effectively.
Patience with dealing with customers that are slower to learn new technologies
Experience working with ConnectWise and Zendesk a plus
Experience working with 65+ a plus.
