Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for creating better lives and futures for the people and communities that we proudly serve
• Conducts self according to the UNIFIED Way
• Provides exceptional, friendly customer service
• Processes customer transactions according to policy and procedure
• Develops relationships with customers to assist in meeting their financial needs, expand our customer’s knowledge and usage of the Bank’s products
• Is alert to customer needs through listening skills
• Suggests products that would be of benefit to customers
• Handles the product follow-up to customers or refers to the appropriate department for follow-up in a timely manner.
• Accurately balances cash and daily transactions in an accurate, courteous and timely manner
• Opens new deposit accounts including, but not limited to, savings, checking and certificates and forwards necessary account information to Home Office in accordance with procedures

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma; General computer skills; Cash handling skills; Excellent Business Communication skills; Prior office experience preferred. Position requires standing/walking for the majority of the day; ability to lift approx. 40 pounds
