The Role:

We’re on the hunt for a lively Front Desk Patient Coordinator who loves people as much as they love seeing them thrive. You’ll be the welcoming face and heart of our health center, ensuring patients feel cared for from the moment they step through our door.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Greet patients warmly, efficiently checking them in and out of appointments
• Keep patient schedules running like clockwork, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal wait times
• Be the go-to person for patients in between appointments, from answering their questions to anticipating their needs
• Contribute to our buzzing office atmosphere, where high energy meets high impact

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Acworth, GA 30101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
