The Position
This position is responsible for the successful ongoing support of site operations for the Novo Nordisk Seattle Office and is accountable for helping to maintain a lean operational setup to support a well-functioning 30+ person site. This position will ensure that an independent streamlined infra-structure is sustained to continuously safeguard the operational activities relating to critical site operational tasks (sometimes confidential in nature) for on-site team members. This role will be primary point lead for operational finance and purchasing activities, coordinate all shipping & receiving, site lead for OHS and maintenance of facilities that will allow site activities to progress and succeed. This role will be responsible for managing all external vendors and visitors to the site.
Relationships
s to US R&ED Head of Facilities. Interfaces with all departments at Novo Nordisk Site Seattle and with other US R&ED Sites. External relationships include contact with various vendors. Sources, directs and manages on site outsourced service providers. Partners and interacts with all levels of people and departments, with a focus on strategic business partnering, on an on-going basis to ensure business needs are balanced and projects are completed from both the department and Facilities sides. Maintains a strong relationship with Lines of Business. Establishes key vendor relationships and manages essential contracts to support continuous building operation and function. Manages the relationship with other affiliates to effectively oversee project completion.

The base compensation range for this position is $80,670 to $141,170. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Incentive Plan. Novo Nordisk is an equal opportunity employer.
