AirTime Cooling & Heating Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service at Mesa, AZ Full Time

Specific Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the schedule in the most effective manner
• Supervise the routes and status of field technicians
• Update job statuses accordingly
• Check technicians in on job sites
• Respond to all inquiries related to ETAs
• Document notes in job records
• Update pending jobs
• Answer incoming calls

Job Requirements:

Minimum two years experience in the service industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong routing skills Knowledge of the Metro Phoenix Valley Team player who can work independently Ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters and personalities
Location: We are in Mesa, AZ

Pay: $16.00 – $22.00 per hour
