Here’s What You Need

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 Years Relevant work experience in lieu of a degree is required

Experience

• 1 Year Project and data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or recruiting/Talent Acquisition with a Bachelor’s degree.is required OR
• 5 Years Project and data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare or recruiting/Talent Acquisition with no degree is required

What You Will Do

Data Analytics

• Mine large datasets, draw valid inferences and create meaningful interpretation of data through the use of various tools, industry experience and interaction analytics to frame situations.
  
• Create presentations and outputs using various ing tools for key shareholders to support meaningful dialogue and data-based decision making.
• Analyze strategic and operational opportunities across the system/channel. These assignments will require the use of: hypothesis-based problem solving, fact-based analysis, financial modeling, decision modeling, scenario planning, statistical analysis, and other methods of quantitative analysis as needed to suit the specific problem at hand.
• Act as a thought-partner for strategy team members to understand their priorities and support existing process measurement dashboards. Help them to identify key strategic issues, create a framework for analysis, and develop insights that provide a data-based analytical set of strategic choices.
• Gather key inputs for TA Operations Strategic Plans for the system/channel and/or its entities.
• Develop core process and service ing and analytics, utilizing a variety of tools including Tableau.

Alignment

• Contribute to the development and optimization of key TA Operations analytic tools and processes. Assist strategy team in building a Texas Health-specific toolkit for analyzing and tracking data to align Talent Acquisition and the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within the organization to provide meaningful analytics.
• Educate stakeholders on how to interpret data collected and utilize dashboards.
• Monitor and audit accuracy/integrity of transactions and data to ensure reproducible and precise ing of data.
  
• Provide an array of analysis for all levels of TA Operations specific to requests and data availability.
• Lead meetings across the business to identify business needs and create vision. Participate in project planning (including cross-domain projects) by collaborating with other subject matter experts in identifying the current and future business value of planned solutions. Assess technical and business risks in programs and develop mitigations.
• Manage complex escalations, analyze situations, and coordinate appropriate resources to resolve issues by considering cost implications, and engaging in conversations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactively manage executive-level relationships to identify root cause, and establish recovery actions to improve experience. Use data outputs to create presentations for key stakeholders which will support meaningful dialogue and data-based decision making. Help identify key strategic issues, create a framework for analysis and develop data-based decision strategies.

Special Projects

• Performs other duties and/or participates in special projects as assigned. Including, but not limited to: Create and develop various instructional resources and provide basic tech and program software support.
• Engage in other ad-hoc analyses and information gathering/communications as needed to support growth and development.
• Manage projects and perform critical data analysis, ensuring delivery of strategic business capabilities, aligning resources, creating project plans, tracking key milestones, risks, dependencies, executing deliverables within projects, including data analysis and requirements.
