Under supervision of the Managing Director of Human Capital, the Talent Acquisition & Retention Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruiting, as well as creating and implementing a comprehensive and effective recruitment and retention plan for the firm. In addition, this role will serve as the primary champion of employee engagement initiatives and promote a progressive firm culture.
