BRG represents our clients’ financial interests and rights under their self-funded health plan and seeks and negotiates reimbursement of paid health expenses from the at-fault party’s insurance policy.

We are hiring a dedicated, collaborative, and self-motivated Recruiter to join our People Team. We are looking for a high-powered individual contributor who can collaborate with multiple internal teams and external stakeholders. This role will lead the full cycle recruitment activities and planning for BRG, helping us to source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. This role will also be essential in leading activities that support a strong employment brand, internally & externally.

As the company’s first dedicated Recruiter, you will have a front row seat and a direct impact on the next phase of our growth. Our ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, candidate & hiring leader experience, and takes initiative in process improvement, building relationships and generating strong energy around an employment brand.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department leaders to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Partners with department leaders on identifying future hiring needs, forecasting and appropriate strategies for talent acquisition.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Proactively source, screen and select qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Actively supports employment branding activities and positive social media presence with relevant talent pools (i.e. LinkedIn, Glassdoor)
• Generates strong partnerships with universities, community, and professional organizations. Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other people team staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years in full-cycle recruitment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• High emotional & social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
