GENERAL QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES Education/Certification/Experience: Holds a State of Ohio teaching license to align with job posting Knowledge/Skills/Abilities. Knowledge of assigned subject area, curriculum and instruction strategies, and relevant technology skills is necessary. Skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, critical thinking and flexibility are essential. Ability to present information accurately and clearly; manage multiple priorities and projects; and instruct students and manage their behavior.
