WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As a Paid Media Specialist within our enterprise-focused agency, get ready to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of digital advertising. Your role will be at the forefront of designing and executing strategic paid media campaigns for our high-profile clients. Crafting compelling ad copy, conducting keyword research, and managing budgets will be second nature to you. You’ll constantly monitor and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI and drive outstanding results. Collaborating with a talented team of experts, you’ll create integrated campaigns that captivate audiences across various platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more. Your knack for data analysis will shine as you provide clients with comprehensive performance s and valuable insights. As a key liaison between our agency and clients, fostering strong relationships and exceptional client satisfaction will be a top priority. Staying ahead of industry trends and embracing a culture of experimentation will keep our strategies innovative and effective.

YOU WILL NEED…

• 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media – Paid Search and Paid Social is ESSENTIAL
• To know your way around platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar platforms
• To be able to craft catchy ad copy and nail keyword research; knowing how to turn those clicks into conversions
• To not be intimated by large budgets – you’re going to be working with our enterprise clients!!
• To feel strong enough to liaise with senior stakeholders – this includes pitching too!
• To enjoy analysing campaign performance and making tweaks to get the best results
• The desire to working with other talented folks
• To be confident in explaining data and results in a way that everyone can understand, even those not too tech-savvy
• To enjoy fast-paced environments, thriving on the excitement of a dynamic digital advertising world
• To be curious and always eager to keep up with the latest trends and strategies
• To be able to build solid relationships and be a pro at connecting with clients and keeping them happy
