Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target industries to build a strong sales pipeline
• Make outbound calls and follow-up calls to introduce our products/services/advertising opportunities
• Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback on customer needs and preferences
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales objectives
