Data Quality Assistant, Business Insight and Support
Job Description
The primary day-to-day responsibilities include entering data and codes for incoming first notice claims s and supporting the team’s digital documentation management efforts to support claims operations. Additional tasks may include monitoring requests for claim creation support, providing data quality assurance oversight, and engaging in various ad hoc data clean-up efforts, as well as participation in initiatives to meet department goals and objectives.
All responsibilities and tasks require that the cast member have a strong sense of attention to detail and the ability to professionally handle confidential information with an understanding of the importance of brand awareness.
