Job Description
Scribe is responsible for documenting the history of present illness, past medical and family history, review of systems, physical exam, diagnostic studies, and plan for the providers in the patient’s electronic medical record.
Location: Cullman Regional Medical Center- onsite

Hourly Rate: $16.33 – $27.22
Rate or Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description
