The incumbent must be passionate about meeting the needs of internal and external clients and continuously taking on new challenges. They will have the opportunity to play a key role in the organization and success of our Pension Administrative team in our Toronto office. The main role is administrative support, including scanning, mail processing, filing, producing documents (printing, photocopying, binding), along with various tasks to support the team.

Provide intermediate / advanced level support in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and expertise in Microsoft applications for our client teams

Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients, portfolio managers and colleagues at all levels

Increase efficiency by identifying ways of improving the processes
