Responsibilities
Email Marketing: Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies, including creating engaging content, designing visually appealing email templates, and managing email campaigns from conception to delivery. Monitor email performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for increased open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research, perform website audits, and implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques to improve organic search visibility and rankings. Work collaboratively with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development.
Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Create and curate compelling content, schedule posts, engage with followers, and drive social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement.
Analytics and ing: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, email campaign performance, social media engagement, and lead generation. Provide regular s and insights to the marketing team, identifying opportunities for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop a cohesive digital content strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives. Ensure that content is optimized for SEO and resonates with the target audience across different digital platforms.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and user experience by conducting A/B tests, analyzing user behaviour, and implementing data-driven improvements.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay Up-to-date: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and industry developments in digital marketing, SEO, and social media to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications And Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic graphic design is a plus.
Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or social media marketing are advantageous.
