Full Job Description
We are looking for a Plant Operator to join our team and help ensure the efficient operation of our plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the various systems and processes in the plant, as well as performing maintenance and repairs as needed. This position requires an individual with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust plant systems and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain records of production, maintenance, and other operational activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training to new operators.
