We’re Hiring Front Desk Agents!

The Florida Keys Visitor Center is the First Destination for visitors arriving in the Florida Keys. It’s a fun place to work because you’ll meet new people and help them plan / enjoy their vacation!

· Knowledge of the Florida Keys and the ability to greet visitors, answer questions, provide local information, make hotel reservations, and sell tours / activities from Key Largo to Key West.

· Be energetic, ambitious, dependable, have a pleasant personality, good customer service skills and be willing to help the thousands of visitors we receive each month.

· Strong computer skills are a must! You’ll use various computer systems to share local attractions and to complete visitors’ reservations.

· Other tasks include completing in-store merchandise sales, lifting 30 lbs., helping with additional administrative tasks, inventory management, office organization, and cleaning tasks as needed.

· Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours per day and work flexible schedule including some weekends and holiday hours, if necessary. We are open 365 days per year.

Salary is negotiable with a SALARY + COMMISSION combination structure. We are looking for reliable full-time and part-time staff.
