Front Desk Agent
Duties:
– Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk
– Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
– Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
– Handle guest reservations and cancellations
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
– Previous experience working in a front desk or customer service role preferred
– Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for document management and communication
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Join our team at the Front Desk of a very high end Condominium in Sunny Isles, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
