Kemps Hiring for Pasteurizer Operator – Processor at Rockford, IL Full Time

• Blending per BOM’s (Bill of Materials)
• Take samples for Quality Control laboratory
• CIP and hand clean all related equipment
• Accurately complete all associated records
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)

• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
• Comply with SQF and Company Guidelines to produce a safe and quality product
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Work environment is hot/cold/wet
• Work environment is indoors
• Work environment has consistent loud noise
• Work environment contains stairs and elevated surfaces

• Ability to communicate openly, clearly and effectively orally and in writing
• Ability to read, write, and understand English documentation
• Ability to support team environment
• Ability to work independently

• Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for virtually entire shift
• Ability to climb and maintain balance

• Ability to use hands extensively
• Ability to operate forklift with certification

Requirements:

• High School Degree, or equivalent – Required
• Experience in the dairy industry – Preferred
