Ramsay Health Care has a fantastic opportunity for an experience marketing professional to join our National Communications and Marketing Team, working alongside marketing specialists, designers, communications professionals and digital experts.

The Role

The Digital Advertising Coordinator will lead the development, execution and optimisation of online digital campaigns. Working closely with colleagues in the marketing, communications and digital and data teams, you will ensure online campaigns target the right audience types in the right locations, making recommendations for the right online media mix.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Help the team build our national and local digital campaigns
• Utilise your drive and innovative thinking to optimise performance of campaigns in real-time
• Build upon the current data collection strategy and maintain high Google ads conversion rates
• Help create and maintain best practices and quality control

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a positive and professional person with a strong work ethic and the ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of people. As a highly organised individual, you hold excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills and the ability to work autonomously when required.

Your Skills And Experience

• Proven experience in Google Ads
• Demonstrated experience in Social Media ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn)
• Proven experience with simultaneous high-volume paid campaigns
• Demonstrated experience with Google tools – Google analytics, Google tag manager and Google data studio
• Experience and understanding best practice conversation tactics

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience, though not essential:

• Experience with EDMs (Active Campaign)
• Experience with Automation (Zapier and Active Campaign)
• Experience in content and programmatic display
• Strong understanding of SEO

Remuneration

Remuneration will be based on demonstrated experience and skill level.
