The Marketing Bungalow Hiring for Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist at Caringbah, New South Wales, Australia Full Time

We are seeking a talented and savvy Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing a diverse portfolio of content for our clients across various digital platforms. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in achieving our clients’ online and offline presence goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve content plans for multiple clients, including copywriting, content creation, and design briefs.
• Implement ROI-focused digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Execute campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for clients’ digital marketing efforts.
• Analyse competitive markets and stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
• Ensure brand alignment and a seamless customer journey across all digital channels.
• Create and implement online customer acquisition and retention strategies for clients.
• Manage all digital advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Instagram, and TikTok advertising.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic EDM marketing campaigns.
• Keep accurate records of billable and non-billable hours using provided Cloud software.
• Generate regular performance s and competitor analyses.
• Provide design briefs for content creation needed for campaigns.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in meetings.
• Identify and communicate new digital offerings to the team and clients.
• Recognise upcoming strategic opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project plans, content plans, strategy documents, and WIPs for client projects.

Skills and attributes:

• At least three years of experience in an agency or client-side content creator / digital marketing role.
• Passionate about content creation and well-versed in digital marketing best practices and trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive work style with the ability to take ownership of projects.
• Upbeat, outgoing personality with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in both one-on-one and team environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Tertiary Qualification or Equivalent Experience in Marketing or Communications.
• Competency in at least four or more areas is essential: Copywriting, Content Creation, Google Ads, Search and Analytics, Social Advertising, Email Marketing, SMS marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Customer Journey, and Automation marketing.
• Experience using MailChimp, Sprout Social, Airtable, Wordpress, Wix, or Hours is highly regarded.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (desired but not essential).
